Patrica`s Story

This is part of Patricia's story & is written by her husband Stephen.
It all started some 38 years ago when Patricia aged 9 lived in Manchester. She had been sent to the local shop for bread and milk when she was knocked down by a car and in “all honesty” it was her own fault she says.
“I remember the car hitting me, the driver remembers hitting me,
“But I ended up on the path, it felt as if I had been lifted by someone but there was nobody around , to me this was my first real encounter with the angels.
“I had always known that the angels were all around me and would not be able to say exactly when I first spoke to them.”
Patricia was brought up by her grandparents for most of her childhood; she spent a lot of her childhood traveling back and forth between Dublin and Manchester.
When Patricia's grandmother died in March '79, Patricia was aged 17 and was still communicating with the angels and while she thought this was normal and that all around her could do the same, in reality we know that not to be true.
With Patricia holding down a very demanding job and having to help look after her five younger brothers and sisters she then became sick and had to attend her local doctor,
He advised her father that the best way to treat Patricia's problem was to have her admitted to a local psychiatric hospital. As they did in those days.
Patricia was kept in this hospital for about three months, while in the hospital she was administered electric shock treatment and then sent home on anti depression tablets.
My self and Patricia met when she was 19 years old and after a whirl wind romance we were married six months later.
My self and Patricia have three children and shortly after Kym was born Patricia had to have her womb removed.
When Patricia first became pregnant with Kym, she had to have an emergency operation because of a topic pregnancy; she was told to go home and that the baby would not survive and to come back in six weeks.
When Patricia returned for her six week check up she was told that she was still pregnant. “We then had to go through the rest of the pregnancy not knowing what to expect. “In the end it all turned out OK Kym was born 100%.” To us this was a miracle in its self and sure proof that angels were again looking after us. For many years after Patricia had to attend a psychiatric hospital. It was in September of 2002 when both Patricia and I were working in our small grocery shop on Cappagh rd in Finglas, a girl came into the shop she was all bubbly and happy.
Patricia asked her what had her so happy ; the girl told Patricia that she had been to see her clairvoyant and that she had got the message she was looking for. Patricia tried ringing the number but could not get a reply.
That week the local free newspaper carried a story on a woman who had been given the gift of communicating with the Angels some two years previously so Patricia got an appointment for six weeks later. Patricia went to see this woman and had hoped to get a message from her grandparents.
What happened next has changed our lives for the better. When Patricia came out after two and a half hours with this lady, the first thing I asked her was how much? Patricia replied that she had only charged €35 and that she was not in it for the money. We drove out of the cull de sac and on reaching the corner Patricia burst into tears.
It was not either of her grandparents that had come to her in the reading but a young boy who had been killed some eight years previously. “We had helped out with this boy's funeral and I had grown up with his parents in Ballymun,” . “He wanted a message brought back to his mother, to tell her that she had to let go so that he could move on.
“There is no way on this earth that this lady could have known anything about this young boy or his family and the entire message that Patricia delivered was 100% true.” Patricia then received a phone call from this lady and asked her to call back to see her. When Patricia went back to see this lady she then had a message from Patricia's grandmother, she also was told that there were a lot of spirits trying to get through to her that night.
We set out to find out what was going on and we spoke to a lot of different people who were involved in the spiritual / psychic world. All of the people that we spoke to could see a white light around Patricia. Patricia was told to set up an altar dedicated to the angels, she did a little better and set up a small spare room as her angel sanctuary. She was also told that she had to come off her medication which she was on for her depression. Patricia took her last anti depression tablet on New Years Eve 2002.
I then tried to buy angel figures for Patricia for Christmas of that year and soon realised that I could not find them easily. “It was with this in mind and guidance from the angels that we started to look at setting up a web site to sell angel figurines from,”
It was then that Angels of Ireland was born.
“We started with the web site but the angels soon led us to opening a small shop in Finglas village,”. “When we moved into our shop on June 21 st of 2003 we did not know what was in store for us in the future but we put our faith in the angels and let them guide us on what has now become our new path in life.”
Patricia started to read books and listen to her angels more and now she is in the position of helping people on a daily basis. That is a small part of Patricia's story on how the Angels have come to be a guiding light in the day to day running of both our lives. We should always remember that our Angels are with us 24/7 and that in order for them to help us in our daily lives we have to ask for their help.
So remember if you wish for the help of the Angels be it at home, in school, work or even in the supermarket they are always there.
